Who We Are
Cyfle Cyf is a not-for-profit organisation based in Gwynedd dedicated to supporting young people aged 16–25 who are homeless, at risk, or facing challenges in gaining independence. Our mission is to empower young people through essential services such as advice at our Drop-In sessions, Floating Support in the community, and Supported Housing to help them develop vital Independent Living Skills. We believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment that allows young people to thrive.
