Are you a young person and need our support?

We can help with:

  • Finding and maintaining a suitable home

  • Managing money, debts and budgets

  • Understanding bills, benefits, letters and forms

  • Getting to medical appointments

  • Learning skills to manage a home

  • Building confidence and skills to live independently

  • Getting into education, training, volunteering or work

  • Connecting with other local services and opportunities

At Cyfle, our Floating Support service provides flexible, practical support to young people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or need help to maintain their home.

Funded through the Welsh Government’s Housing Support Grant, our support is built around the individual. We meet young people wherever they feel most comfortable—at home, in the community or at Cyfle’s Drop-In Centre.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We take time to understand what matters to each young person, the challenges they are facing and what they would like to achieve. Together, we develop a support plan that helps them build confidence, overcome barriers and become more independent.

Our support moves with the young person and can change as their needs change. Whether someone needs help through a difficult period or ongoing guidance while building their independence, at Cyfle, we will work alongside them at their own pace.

Our aim is not only to prevent homelessness, but to help every young person feel safe, supported and confident in creating a stable future.
